Our View Guarantee
What are the details of College Coaches Network's View Guarantee?
College Coaches Network (CCN) works to help student athletes seeking collegiate exposure. If we don’t create collegiate exposure, then you’re not going to be happy with our service. You don’t want that. We don’t want that.
When choosing either the Lifetime Account or combination Lifetime + Highlight Video Account, you will select a sport profile for which you want to apply the guarantee. We’ll work with you to make sure college coaches view of your selected profile at least 20 times before July 31st of the athlete’s graduation year.
What to expect if we fail to deliver on our View Guarantee:
If we fail to get your guaranteed sport profile viewed at least 20 times by college coaches, we’ll return your eligible refund amount.
What you must do to be eligible for our View Guarantee:
You must create either a Lifetime Account or combination Lifetime + Highlight Video Account. Upon creating your account, you must accept our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and View Guarantee Terms. You must make your best effort to maintain your account and sports profile with current, accurate, and complete information.
Creating a sport profile is done by completing a simple four step process. You must complete steps 1 through 4 no later than August 31st at the beginning of the athlete’s senior year of high school.
| Your eligible refund amount:
Sign up and complete steps 1 through 4, as mentioned above, prior to August 31st at the beginning of the athlete’s senior year of high school, your eligible refund amount is equal to the amount you paid for the Lifetime Account.
Sign up and complete steps 1 through 4, as mentioned above, between September 1st and December 31st of the athlete’s senior year of high school, your eligible refund amount is equal to 50% of the amount you paid for the Lifetime Account.
Sign up and complete steps 1 through 4, as mentioned above, between January 1st and April 30th of the athlete’s senior year of high school, your eligible refund amount is equal to 25% of the amount you paid for the Lifetime Account.

Any amount paid for products and services purchased in conjunction or addition to a Lifetime Account will not be considered as part of any refund amount, including but not limited to service fees.
What items or costs does the View Guarantee NOT cover?
Our View Guarantee does not cover: a) highlight video production services, or b) any customer who signed up for an account prior to March 8, 2010, unless such other account is upgraded to a Lifetime Account and established under current View Guarantee Terms and Conditions, or c) any account purchased or that has not had steps 1 through 4 completed prior to April 30th of the athlete’s graduation year.

What are Steps 1 through 4 of the profile?
Completing a profile and establishing your account is done through a four-step process that is simplified by a step-by-step structured approach. You don’t have to figure out where to start or what to do next because we’ve figured it out for you. Below is a partial screenshot of the dashboard section of an athlete’s account. You will notice that instructions and information are provided for each step. Completing one step in the process unlocks the next step.
If you have the information available, all four steps can be completed quickly. As you might imagine, uploading video typically takes the longest amount of time.
Note: Clicking the “i” in blue circle near the top will explain where you are in the process and the date by which all four steps must be completed to maximize your view guarantee.
