If you intend on playing sports at the collegiate level, you should choose "Recruiting Game Plan Account" service level. If you are a player, wanting only to be listed in our prospects database, you should choose the "Free/Real Recruits" service level.
How Much Does It Cost?
Costs are based on the level of service and type of customer. If costs are an issue with you or your family, please contact us toll free at 1-866-426-3883 to discuss the option of a scholarship profile.
Can I Pay Off-line?
Paying online is secure and we encourage you to use it for your convenience; however you may also pay by credit card by calling our toll-free number 1-866-426-3883 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Mon.-Fri. (Central Time).
How Do I Cancel or Close My Account?
Log in and cancel from the ‘my account’ page or just call our toll-free number 1-866-426-3883 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Mon.-Fri. (Central Time) and we'll cancel your account. We ask that you be absolutely certain that you want to cancel your account and understand that cancelling your account effectively means your information will not be available after the last day of your service/payment term as part of the College Coaches Network website. Paying accounts are automatically billed at the end of the original subscription term for a period equal to your last paid subscription period, for example, if you purchase a three month subscription – your account will be renewed and you will be automatically billed for the next three month period, unless you cancel prior to the last day of the most recent period for which you have been charged.
Is College Coaches Network a Social Networking Site for Athletes?
The short answer to this is, "No." We focus on connecting student athletes with college coaches. The purpose of the network is not to connect or create “social” networks of friends.
Is My Information Safe?
College Coaches Network is committed to protecting your personal information and uses an array of technologies to ensure its safety. Other than CCN staff and college coaches on the network, much of the information you provide is not accessible to the general public or other registered users. In many cases, you control who has access to your information by indicating whether you would like to make the information private (for college coaches only) or public.
What If I Don’t Get Recruited?
We do not guarantee an athlete will be recruited exclusively as a result of using College Coaches Network. If you would like special one-on-one assistance with your recruiting efforts, please call us at 1-866-426-3883.
Technical Support Questions
Log In/Password
If you’ve forgotten your password, use the tools on the log in page to reset your password and a new one will be e-mailed to you. You can then log in and reset your password to something easier for you to remember.
Creating an Account
Creating an account is a fairly easy process. Depending on your user type, the setup process can be one or more steps. While creating an account, you should try to remember not to use the “Back” button on your web browser. If you leave the set up before receiving a confirmation page, your information may be lost. Uploading Video
We've taken a number of steps to make uploading video as easy as possible and provide instructions on how to prepare your video for use with you College Coaches Network account. The length of the video and your Internet connection speed will largely determine how long it will take to upload your video. If you have any problems, please contact us and we'll work together with you to get your video online as fast as possible.
Please note that we do review video before it becomes available to others on the website. Often, the delay is less than an hour, but during times of heavy website usage the delay can be as much as 24 hours.
Uploading Pictures
Images are relatively easy to upload and rarely cause users an issue. If you do experience a problem, check to make sure that the picture has the “.jpg” or “.jpeg” file extension and the size of the image file you are uploading is less than 4 MB (or 4,000 KB).
Changing My Account/Profile
You can edit or change your profile as often as you wish. First, log in. From there, you will be taken to your dashboard. Use the links and buttons from your dashboard and the menu on the left-side of the page to navigate and edit any of the information you wish. For security purposes, your user name cannot be changed.
Problem With A Link
If you encounter a problem with a link to another web page or web site from this web site, please report the problem through our contact us page.

While CCN cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information related to athletes, we repeatedly remind athletes to conduct themselves in a responsible and mature manner. Athletes that use this web site are to use it to aid in their recruiting and generally understand why it is important to provide complete and accurate information for college coaches and recruiters. Further, we routinely audit for suspicious information and will contact users to confirm or deny the accuracy of their information.
